Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a lease on behalf of Sharp Electronics for 15,728
square feet of space at 1300 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia.
The new lease is a consolidation of offices in Kingstowne and at the Courthouse metro in
Arlington. Sharp signed a seven-year lease. Tishman Speyer Properties is the
landlord.
“Metro access, high end local retailers and restaurants as well as the physical space
met with Sharp’s requirements for a highly visible location for their office and product
demonstration division,” said William Tidwell of Cushman & Wakefield who negotiated
the transaction.
