Cushman & Wakefield, the global property consultant, announced today the appointment of
Maxime Xantippe as a partner and head of
capital markets for
Belgium based in the firm's Brussels
office.
Maxime was most recently a managing director at European property group
Catella and prior to that, was managing partner and head of capital markets at CBRE,
Belgian and Luxemburg operation. During his successful career in capital markets Maxime
has developed a large network amongst most international investors and built advisory teams
which became market leaders in all major asset classes.
In particular, he was involved in forward funding deals and transactions such as the Astro
Tower, the Covent Garden tower, the Ilôt Saint Michel and the Stadsfeestzaal shopping centres
and the Vertigo office development in Luxemburg. He also acquired portfolios of prime
investment products on behalf of major institutional players such as Bank of Ireland and CBRE
Investors.
