Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a new 5,906 square foot long-term office lease for Trademark Metals Recycling, LLC at Rivergate Tower in Tampa, Florida.

Rivergate Tower is a Class A office building located at 400 North Ashley Drive in Tampa, Florida. Rivergate Tower’s location is generally regarded as the gateway to downtown and is within walking distance to numerous restaurants, hotels and city parks.
