Following a 20-year career as CEO of Cushman & Wakefield, in January 2005 Mr. Mirante

expanded its capabilities into Advisory and Corporate Services, diversified its financial
services expertise to include the multi-family sector, and has enhanced support for and grown
its national retail and industrial real estate market share.
Mr. Mirante completed two separate mergers that helped transform the company: the merger in
1998 with the prestigious partnership of Healey & Baker, which today comprises the
firm’s European Operations, and in 2001, the merger with the powerhouse tenant
representative firm Cushman Realty Corporation.

Mirante Business Volunteer of the Year in 2003, and he and his wife, Elizabeth, were honored by
the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater for their efforts in securing a new headquarters for
Ailey’s world famous dance ensemble. In 2002, Mr. Mirante was honored by Barcelona
