Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Client Solutions Group today announced that Chris
Cooper has been named Corporate Services Lead for the firm’s Western Region of the United
States.
Mr. Cooper assumes the position previously held by Jim Arce who has been named Cushman &
Wakefield’s Head of Investor Services for the United States region. In his new
role, Mr. Cooper will oversee his team’s delivery of an integrated platform of services
including strategic account management, facilities management, technology and construction
services, and leasing.

background as a real estate attorney allows him to hit the ground running in his new

Mr. Cooper joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 and has served as Branch Manager for the
Downtown Los Angeles office since that time. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield,
Mr. Cooper was an Executive Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle where he led the firm’s
Tenant Representation Group for the Southwestern United States. Mr. Cooper’s prior
experience also includes 11 years as a real estate attorney and law firm partner representing
numerous public and private sector clients.
Mr. Cooper holds a B.A. Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of
California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University. He is a licensed real
estate broker in California a member of the State Bar of California.
