Great Southwest Industrial Park Lands Long-Term Lease
National Distribution Centers (NDC), one of America’s leading third party logistics companies, has leased 242,980 square feet of warehouse space located at 1029 Post & Paddock in Grand Prairie, Texas. Jean Russo, Senior Director in the Dallas branch of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc., represented NDC in the transaction.
The facility is part of the Great Southwest Industrial Park, the largest industrial park in North Texas. Michael Spain and Kevin Santaularia of Bradford Commercial Real Estate represented OTR, the building owner.
