Victory Packaging Plant Complete

The Orlando office of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announced the completion of the Victory Packaging Company's 150,600 square foot distribution warehouse facility located in Southeast Orlando. The design build project was developed by Duke and took just seven months to complete.

Susan Ruby, Director of industrial brokerage services with C&W's Orlando office, represented Victory Packaging in the purchase of the building for $6,757,132.
