    12 May, 2011, Dallas

Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. (C&W) announces the addition of Cindy Burger, a 22-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, as Director, City Leader of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Investor Services team. In her role with C&W, Ms. Burger will focus on business development while overseeing Property Management and other aspects of the firm's Corporate Occupiers & Investor Services (CIS).

"We are excited about Cindy joining our Dallas team," said Elizabeth Trocchio, Executive Vice President and Central Area Leader of C&W. "Her experience and relationships will elevate our business and expand our opportunities. She brings a tremendous amount of energy and I look forward to working with her to grow our CIS group."

"The Dallas-Fort Worth area has been identified in our overall strategy as one of three key regions in the United States for C&W CIS, and it is a critical component of our growth locally and to support the successful expansion of our national platform of corporate and investor services," said Tom Bahn, Managing Director and Area Leader of CIS, based in Denver, Colorado. "Cindy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her successful history with C&W and from the competition in other first tier markets, and she can bring those ideas and creativity to enhance our service delivery platform for our DFW area clients and for our national clients with investments locally."

Ms. Burger joins the company from CBRE, where she was a Managing Director responsible for the leasing, marketing and property management of more than 50 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space. Prior to joining CBRE in 2008, she was a Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine, California office, where she managed the firm's Orange County/San Diego portfolio.

"I am thrilled to be back with Cushman & Wakefield and part of a growing market in DFW," said Ms. Burger. "C&W's platform, brand, flexibility to solve issues, and client focus make C&W the perfect company to expand along with the market."

The Dallas CIS team currently handles more than seven million square feet of Property and Facilities Management in the DFW area with an additional three million square feet of Agency Leasing. Nationally, Cushman & Wakefield boasts more than 305 million square feet of Property and Facilities Management with another 27 million square feet of Agency Leasing within CIS. Globally, CIS manages approximately 652 million of Property and Facilities Management and 77 million square feet of Agency Leasing.
