Dallas-Based Law Firm Expands Office Space

SettlePou, a Dallas-based law firm representing business, real estate, healthcare, lending and
insurance clients in both litigation and transactional matters, has renewed and expanded its
office location at 3333 Lee Parkway in Dallas, Texas. The new long term lease totals 28,819
square feet. Bill McClung, Mike Wyatt, Robbie Baty and Grant Pruitt represented SettlePou in
the transaction. Robert Jimenez of Granite Properties negotiated on behalf of the building
owner.
"This is an exciting year for our firm as we grow to 40 attorneys and celebrate 35 years serving our clients nationwide," said Allen Smith, President of SettlePou.
3333 Lee Parkway is situated on the corner of Lee Parkway and Rawlins Street in the Turtle Creek area just north of downtown Dallas. The agreement includes approximately 8,400 square feet of additional space to accommodate the law firm's recent growth. SettlePou will occupy the entire 8th and part of the 7th floors under terms of the new lease, which also includes eyebrow signage on the building.
