Cushman & Wakefield negotiated a 185,000 square foot lease renewal between Weingarten Nostat, Inc. and RTG Furniture Corporation in Lakeland Industrial Center in Lakeland, Florida. Rooms To Go, based in Seffner, Florida, has become the nation's top furniture retailer, with nearly 100 showrooms in six states.

Lakeland Industrial Center, a 600,000 square foot Class “A” industrial distribution park, is located at 5101 Great Oak Drive in Lakeland, Florida.

Senior Director Mike Davis and Associate Director Rian Smith are the exclusive leasing agents for Lakeland Industrial Center and negotiated the lease renewal on behalf of the owner, Weingarten Nostat, Inc., a publicly traded REIT based in Houston, Texas.
