Apartment Brokerage Services Negotiates Sale Of Alta Largo

Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Apartment Brokerage Services with apartment specialists in Tampa, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, announce the sale of Alta Largo. The purchaser was Crow Holdings Realty Partners IV, L.P.
Executive Director Byron Moger, Senior Director Jay Ballard and Director Luis Elorza of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the sale on behalf of the owner, Wood Partners.
Built in 2005, Alta Largo is a Class A, 288-unit apartment community with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes averaging just over 1,100 square feet. The desirable community features detached garages, clubhouse with conference room, surround sound theatre, car care center and in-unit washer and dryers on a beautiful lake setting. Alta Largo is located at 14330 58th Street North in Clearwater, Florida. Clearwater is located in Pinellas County which is one of the most densely populated counties in the state.
