“Wilmington Family Office conducted an extensive regional site search and selected High Ridge Park based on the economics, location, quality of the property and tenant conveniences,” said Jay Smolin, Regional Managing Director of Wilmington Family Office. “The landlord was also extremely accommodating in meeting the firm’s space requirements.”
High Ridge Park is now more than 90% occupied. The property was purchased by George Comfort & Sons in 2004.
