
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has been retained to market Banyan Plaza, a
newly renovated, four-story professional building located at 303 Banyan Street in the heart of
downtown West Palm Beach.
Cushman & Wakefield brokerage professionals Mark Pateman and John Criddle of the firm's
Palm Beach Gardens office will represent the building[s ownership, Flagler Realty &
Development, Inc. and Pishon Partners, LLC, in leasing the available office space in the
building.

said Mr. Pateman. "The building's floor plate size, high-end finishes, and central
