Amherst Technologies Relocates to Manchester from Merrimack

Cushman & Wakefield has completed the leasing of 60,000 square feet of space for Amherst Technologies at 645 Harvey Road in Manchester. Amherst Technologies will be using the space as its US headquarters. It will consist of office as well as warehouse logistics.

Cushman & Wakefield completed the sale of 645 Harvey Road to Brady Sullivan Properties about one month ago. In that time, the Cushman & Wakefield leasing team has brought the building to 60 percent occupancy.

645 Harvey Road is situated on 10 acres overlooking the Manchester Airport. The building currently offers a mix of office, R&D, light assembly/manufacturing and warehouse space. The property is located within Manchester's Foreign Trade Zone and is accessible via Exits 1 and 2 off I-293, just minutes from I-93 and the F.E. Everett Turnpike. "Amherst Technologies selected this location over all others based on the building's strategic location near the Manchester Airport for both the benefit of its clients and employees as well as for shipping logistics," stated Thomas Farrelly, Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield of New Hampshire.
