announce the appointment of Stephen Richardson as EMEA Head of Hospitality Valuations. Stephen
is one of the industry’s leading authorities in hotel valuations and joins us from Atisreal
where he has been Head of Hotels, London, for nearly 30 years. He has an extensive knowledge of
the sector having acted for a number of major hotel operators and owners, health and fitness
operators, as well as casinos and theatres.
Some of his key achievements have included leading his
valuation team in advising a global bank on the circa £1billion acquisition of 47 UK Marriott
hotels and valuation advice to Middle Eastern investors on the purchase of the Marriott Park
Lane. Stephen has also advised Le Meridien, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt International,
leading UK casino operators and major clearing banks throughout his career.
