
Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately-held commercial real estate services
firm, has today announced the appointment of
Nina Jansen and
Andreas Gast who are
leaving Jones Lang LaSalle to jointly lead Cushman & Wakefield?s Property & Asset
Management business in Germany.
Nina Jansen joins as a Partner and will be based in Cushman & Wakefield's Dusseldorf
office from the third quarter of 2012. Andreas Gast also joins as a Partner, based in Cushman
& Wakefield's Frankfurt office as of the second quarter.
Nina Jansen has been with JLL since 2004, latterly as Associate Director in the role of Team
Leader Property & Asset Management NRW responsible for a 25-strong team. Andreas Gast
joined JLL in 2006 and was latterly Associate Director in the role of Team Leader Property
& Asset Management Frankfurt and Stuttgart also responsible for a 25-strong team.

Cushman & Wakefield currently has around 7,000 professionals world-wide, managing some

employees in 16 countries manage over 4,000 properties with around 15 million m² of lettable
area.
