Cushman & Wakefield Brokers Lease for Sundance Vacations

Sundance Vacations has leased 7,275 square feet of office space at 959 Route 46 East in Parsippany, in a long-term commitment brokered by commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. The national travel company, which specializes in discount vacations, has relocated its regional office to the 131,346-square-foot building from nearby Rockaway, N.J.

Christian Politan and Jon Williams of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. represented Sundance Vacations in the transaction. CBRE's Dan Casey served as landlord representative.

Headquartered in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Sundance Vacations provides discount vacation accommodations at destination golf, beach, ski and mountain resorts throughout North America and the Caribbean. The company maintains three additional regional offices in Pennsylvania and Illinois. It has been honored three times as one of the Fastest-Growing Travel Companies in Pennsylvania by Inc. 500/5000.

According to Politan, an extensive, long-term site search ultimately led Sundance Vacations to 959 Route 46. "Our client wanted an office setting with a ground-level, dedicated entrance, and the ability to operate after standard business hours to accommodate evening sales appointments," Politan said. "This property not only provides that flexibility, but offers ample parking and great access from both Route 46 and I-80."
