HCL America Inc. Leases 9,100 Square Feet At 1393 Veterans Memorial Highway

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that HCL America Inc. signed a lease to occupy 9,100 square feet at 1393 Veterans Memorial Highway, a 153,000 square foot office building located in Hauppauge, NY.

HCL America, a consulting and IT services company headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA, will move into its offices on the second floor of 1393 Veterans Memorial Highway in June.

Cushman & Wakefield’s David Leviton, executive director, Robert Kuppersmith, director, and Marisa Karmitz, associate, represented HCL America. The property is owned by Ivy Realty Services, LLC
