Matt Cologna and Bryce MacDonald Join Industrial Brokerage Team

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Matt Cologna and Bryce MacDonald have joined the
firm to provide industrial leasing and sales services in the Sacramento and Central Valley/San
Joaquin markets. Mr. Cologna, a highly experienced 15 year industry veteran, has been named
Senior Director, and Mr. MacDonald, a leading professional with seven years of experience, will
serve the firm as Directors. Both professionals were previously with Grubb & Ellis
Company.

from Colliers earlier this year to fulfill a major role in the company's plans to strengthen
its market presence throughout the Northern California region."
Working together as a team, Mr. Cologna and Mr. MacDonald have completed some of the region's
largest Industrial leases and sales involving more than 530 transactions totaling in excess of
7.3 million square feet of commercial space. The team's most notable transactions include a
780,000 square foot lease involving Sears Logistics in Stockton, CA; a 332,000 square foot sale
for Neenah Paper Facility in Ripon, CA; a 250,000 square foot United Stationers lease in
Sacramento; a 108,000 square foot lease for Amerimax in Sacramento; and one of the only
industrial land sales in the Sacramento area this year, Nippon Shokken, totaling 14 acres. Mr.
Cologna and Mr. MacDonald specialize in representing tenants, owners, developers and investors
of properties ranging from multi-tenant industrial parks to large, single-tenant distribution
centers, as well as land and investment transactions. Additionally, both are actively involved
in Global Logistics and Food Processing Practice Groups.
Also joining Cushman & Wakefield with Mr. Cologna and Mr. MacDonald is Amy Ruiz who will
support the team as a Marketing Specialist. Ms. Ruiz brings more than 13 years of commercial
real estate experience to the office and has been supporting Mr. Cologna and Mr. MacDonald with
marketing and research since 2007.
