Atlanta Office Expands Agency Leasing Team and Central Perimeter Portfolio

Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta office announces today its Atlanta Agency Leasing team has added two new hires and increased its local portfolio with the exclusive leasing assignment of Rubenstein Partners' 2.1 million square foot Central Perimeter office holdings, including The Terraces and 64 Perimeter Center East.

Most recently with Barry Real Estate Companies, Andy Sumlin and Caroline Nolen join C&W's Agency Leasing Team, led by Lisa Dunavin, and will continue to represent Rubenstein's Central Perimeter portfolio. The move provides great continuity as the former Barry professionals previously worked with Dunavin's team on the Rubenstein portfolio in a joint marketing and leasing arrangement.

Sumlin and Nolen bring additional bench strength to C&W's agency leasing platform of 6.1 million square feet of management and leasing assignments, which the company continues to grow as part of its global strategy.
