Cushman & Wakefield today unveiled the new name and branding for 475 14th Street in
Oakland, California. The property, owned by RREEF Real Estate, will be named 475 City Center as
a part of a branding initiative sponsored by Cushman & Wakefield. Charlie Allen and Anthony
Shell of Cushman & Wakefield's Oakland office, the building's new leasing team, will
oversee the new branding effort and the marketing of up to 50,000 square feet that will be
coming available in 2012. The project will offer two contiguous floors totaling 29,200 square
feet.
"The name and logo reflect the character of this prestigious office tower," said
Allen, "Located in the heart of downtown Oakland, the class A office building offers big
city amenities in a creative atmosphere. With the new branding, we will create a recognizable
landmark in the downtown community."
475 City Center is a 12-story, class A office building incorporating 180,000 square feet of
office space. The prestigious office tower is located in the heart of downtown Oakland's City
Center, offering direct access to the 12th Street / City Center BART Station and dozens of
