As senior managing director, Mr. Lagano will be responsible for the management of the New York City and Long Island portfolios, totaling approximately 56 million square feet. He will oversee Cushman & Wakefield's Asset Services group, which delivers property and facilities management to more than 150 properties. Mr. Lagano will focus on new business initiatives, in addition to managing the assets of his existing clients that include such high-profile companies as Citigroup, MetLife, Credit Suisse First Boston, Time Inc., JPMorgan Chase, Pfizer, NYMEX, Solow Building Corporation and ZAR Realty.
