the world’s largest privately held global real estate services firm, has been retained by “SMU
“StroiProektCenter” LLP as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the new retail and
entertainment centre that carries the working name of “Solnechniy” (“Sunny” in Russian) in Ufa
- the capital ofthe Russian republic of Bashkortostan.
Solnechniy Retail and Entertainment Centre is located on Ufa’s Prospekt Salavata Yulaeva
near the city’s new high-speed thoroughfare and in a new suburb where a significant number of
apartment buildings, an aquapark, hotel and sports facilities are planned for construction.
