$1.1M Lease Renewal Signed at Marketplace

The San Diego office of Cushman & Wakefield announces that Lindav U.S.A., Inc., dba Beauty Kliniek, a beauty and hair salon, day spa and wellness center, has signed an 84-month, $1,120,261 lease renewal for 6,616 square feet of retail space in Marketplace in University City at 3264 Governor Dr. in the La Jolla area of San Diego (92122).
The lessee represented itself. The lessor, UC Marketplace Partnership, was represented by Rob Ippolito and Kam Walton of the Cushman & Wakefield Retail Advisors Team.
Beauty Kliniek has been in business and located at Marketplace in University City since 1982.
Marketplace in University City is a 96,942-square-foot retail center and includes additional tenants such as Henry's Marketplace, Tuesday Morning, Starbucks and Round Table Pizza. The project is 98 percent leased.
