Diamond Comics Distribution Center Sold for $21.2M

Cushman & Wakefield's Southeast Capital Markets Group has represented American Fund US
Investments and Real Estate Capital Partners in the sale of Diamond Comics Distribution Center.
The 600,000-SF warehouse built in 2008, is located at 7485 Polk Lane in Olive Branch,
Mississippi. AREA Property Partners of New York, NY acquired the distribution center on July
14, 2011. The sale price was $21,250,000. The sale was completed by Stewart Calhoun, David
Meline, Kirk Billings, and Samir Idris of Cushman & Wakefield along with Wyatt Aiken and
Dave Curran of Commercial Advisors.
"Diamond Comics Distribution Center represented an excellent opportunity to acquire a
class A asset strategically located near a key US distribution center like Memphis and 100%
leased to a strong single tenant through 2023," said Stewart Calhoun, Executive Director,
