
Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI), represented by Gary P. Randles, senior director in the
Portland office of real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., has expanded and
relocated its metro Portland, Oregon operation. CTDI, a West Chester, Pa.-based global
engineering repair and logistics company serving the communications industry, signed an
industrial lease for 124,000 square feet at 22657 NE Townsend Way in Fairview, Ore. It will
utilize the site for its regional administration, distribution and technical services
operations.
The signing represents a full-building lease of the single-story facility, owned by CPF
Townsend LLC. The location at 22657 NE Townsend Way provides direct access to I-84 and is
situated near both Portland International Airport and the Port of Portland.
Cushman & Wakefield's industrial brokerage platform provides global resources and local
expertise for tenant and landlord representation, disposition and acquisition services,
transaction management, and industrial consulting including labor and demographic analysis. In
