Office Brokerage Group Expands Into Colorado Springs

Phaneuf Joins Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado to Lead New Service Area
Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc., the premier real estate services firm in the Rocky Mountain region, has expanded its office brokerage services group with the addition of Gregory Phaneuf, one of Colorado Spring’s top office brokers. Mr. Phaneuf, who has successfully represented numerous high profile companies and properties during his 10 years in the real estate industry, will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s office brokerage efforts in Colorado Springs.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Phaneuf was a director with Sierra Commercial Real Estate in Colorado Springs. He specialized in landlord and tenant representation as well as the disposition of investment properties. Mr. Phaneuf has represented such prestigious clients as Oracle, Metropolitan Life, Mack-Cali, Crescent Real Estate Equities, Seagate Technology and Broadcom, while his leasing assignments approached 1.7 million square feet of Class A office properties in the Central Business District and suburban markets of Colorado Springs.
Mr. Phaneuf earned his bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois.
