Mirta DeCespedes Named Senior Research Associate for South Florida

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Mirta DeCespedes has been named Senior Research Associate for the firm's South Florida offices. A 12-year veteran of the firm, she was previously a Client Coordinator with the Kleber/Marshall Tenant Advisory Team in Miami.

As Senior Research Associate, Ms. DeCespedes will work with the firm's service lines to provide a superior level of real estate market research, analyses and forecasting, giving clients the knowledge and information necessary to make sound real estate decisions.

"The experience and market insight Mirta has gained over the course of her career with Cushman & Wakefield will make this a seamless transition," said Shane Soefker, Senior Managing Director and Branch Manager of Cushman & Wakefield's South Florida offices. "Mirta has been an invaluable member of our firm, and we all look forward to supporting her in her new role."

As Client Coordinator, Ms. DeCespedes played an integral role in more than 500 lease and sale transactions. Her role encompassed lease analysis and abstracting, preparation of agreements, collecting market data, creating marketing materials, and managing the lease transaction process both internally and externally.

Ms. DeCespedes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Florida.
