Robert Lipscomb, CEO of Cushman & Wakefield France since 1992, has announced that he
will leave his post at the end of 2006. Having been with the company since 1985, Robert
Lipscomb is a member of Cushman & Wakefield's European board and is also president of the
boards of the Spanish and Portuguese offices.
His successor, Denis Samuel-Lajeunesse, will join the company in September and will take
over as CEO of the Paris office in January 2007.
Denis Samuel-Lajeunesse, age 58, (Institut d'Etudes Politiques Paris, Ecole Nationale
d’Administration) started his career at the Ministry of Finance where he worked as an
Assistant Director of Financial Markets and later as the Director of International
Affairs. He then joined Lyonnaise de Banque as CEO for ten years (1992-2002). He has been the
CEO of the French Government Shareholding Agency (APE) at the Ministry of Finance since
2003.
