Innovative Spinal Technologies Signs Lease For Major Expansion

Cushman & Wakefield Handles 38,000 Square Foot Transaction
On behalf of Innovative Spinal Technologies, Cushman & Wakefield today announced the signing of a lease for 38,190 square feet of laboratory/office space at 111 Forbes Boulevard, inside the Cabot Business Park, Mansfield. Cushman & Wakefield Senior Directors J.P. Plunkett and Cathy Minnerly and Associate Director Juliette Reiter handled the transaction for the rapidly growing firm.
“We found exactly what we were looking for in this facility,” said Mark Peters, Chief Financial Officer of the firm. “We needed to combine Class A office space in a campus setting with our laboratory and manufacturing operations. The building serves our unique requirements extremely well.”
Innovative Spinal Technologies (IST) is a leading developer, manufacturer, and marketer of the most innovative suite of products in minimally invasive spine surgery worldwide. The firm is currently operating in approximately 2500 square feet of temporary space elsewhere in Mansfield. In addition to more space and first class amenities, the new location offers growth potential and direct access to Routes 495, 140 and I-95.
111 Forbes Boulevard is owned by Parallel Forbes LLC, which was represented by James Nicoletti and Steven Clancy of CB Richard Ellis.
