Cushman & Wakefield today announced it has recruited Randel S. Waites to serve as Managing
Director of Client Solutions for the company's Midwest region. Mr. Waites will be based in the
firm's Chicago Downtown office, beginning on November 1st. His focus will be on strengthening
and overseeing the company's Property Management and Agency Leasing operations while supporting
Cushman & Wakefield's full array of globally integrated services.

Wakefield's Americas region. "Randy has the background, qualifications and enthusiasm to

we continue to advance our business objectives in the Chicago area."
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Waites served as Chief Operating Officer of John
Buck International where he helped establish a property management division based in Abu Dhabi,
United Arab Emirates. Prior to his role with John Buck, he held an Executive Vice President,
Asset Management position with Prime Group Realty Trust, a self-managed and administered
publicly traded REIT.
Mr. Waites has been an active member of the Chicago Real Estate for many years, serving on The
Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Labor Negotiation and Taxation
Committees. He is also active with the Commercial Real Estate Network (CREN), Friends of the
Chicago River, The Delta Institute, The National Association of Office and Industrial
Properties (NAOIP) and has co-lectured at the Practicing Law Institute on the effective use of
letters of intent in lease negotiations. In addition, Mr. Waites was recently appointed
Director of Project Development to oversee BOMA Chicago's Smart Grid Project.
Mr. Waites holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a B.A. in economics from
Illinois State University (Magna cum Laude) and the CPA credential.
The appointment of Mr. Waites follows Cushman & Wakefield's recent high profile appoints in
the Midwest including Jim Dieter, Executive Vice President of U.S. Industrial Services, and
Greg Vorwaller, Global Head of Capital Markets.
