Steve Everbach Hired as Market Leader in Dallas

Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. announces the addition of Steve Everbach as Senior
Managing Director, Market Leader. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of managing and
leading Cushman & Wakefield's Dallas office, while guiding the growth of the firm's
services in the DFW area.One of Dallas' most respected commercial real estate executives, Mr. Everbach returns to Cushman & Wakefield, where he previously led Asset Services as Managing Director from 1997-2001. During that time, Mr. Everbach restructured and grew the service to the firm's top performing office in Asset Services. Most recently he served as Head of Agency Leasing and Property Management for Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas operations. Mr. Everbach previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Lazarus Property Corporation and founded Evergreen Realty Partners. Overall, he brings more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience to his new role at Cushman & Wakefield.

Mr. Everbach earned a Bachelor's Degree from Boston University. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Dallas Association and as Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee for the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
