Cushman & Wakefield Team to Lease Two MacArthur Ridge

Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc., the premier commercial real estate services firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, has been selected to lease Two MacArthur Ridge, the newest addition to the office investment portfolio owned by Hines. The power brokerage team of Greg Biggs, executive director; Randy Cooper, executive director; Jeff Eiting, director; and Steve Wentz, director, will serve as leasing agent for the project.

Two MacArthur Ridge is a 246,664 square-foot Class A office building located at 909 Hidden Ridge Drive in Irving, Texas. The six-floor structure was completed in 1999 and boasts 42,646 rentable square feet per floor. Until recently, the building was 95% leased. The departure of EMC Corporation in January, 2007, has afforded the Cushman & Wakefield team the opportunity to market 165,000 square feet of contiguous space that has become available for lease in the building.

“Two MacArthur Ridge is the only Class A building in Las Colinas that provides tenants with large efficient floor plates as well as abundant structured parking,” said Randy Cooper.

La Quinta Inns and Usability Sciences Corp. are two of the current lead tenants at Two MacArthur Ridge. The Las Colinas office market ended 2006 leading the Dallas/Fort Worth area by recording more than 2.4 million square feet of leasing activity.
