Baltimore Office Announces Two New Hires

Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), a global commercial real estate services firm, is pleased to announce that Michael J. Giannone and Kara K. Parker have joined its Baltimore office.

Both Giannone and Parker will serve as integral members of the brokerage team, providing tenant and landlord representation services in the Greater Baltimore region.

Ms. Parker will primarily focus on the office markets in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of William & Mary in Virginia and was a 4-year scholarship member of their women’s lacrosse team. She currently resides in Timonium.

Mr. Giannone will concentrate on the industrial and flex markets throughout Greater Baltimore. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Fairfield University in Connecticut where he was a member of the lacrosse team as well as a nationally ranked golfer. He currently resides in Baltimore City.
