C&W strengthens pan-Nordic platform

Cushman & Wakefield, the global property consultant, has named Malling & Co as its new alliance partner in Norway. Cushman & Wakefield had previously held an alliance agreement with Mork & Partners before it was recently acquired by Malling & Co.

With more than 40 years’ experience advising domestic as well as international clients, Malling & Co is one of the largest and leading providers of real estate services in the Norwegian real estate market and following its acquisition of Mork & Partners, now has around 70 employees operating from offices in Oslo, Drammen and Stavanger.

Cushman & Wakefield offers real estate services to domestic and international clients across the entire Nordic region via its office in Stockholm and through alliances in Denmark with Red and now in Norway, with Malling & Co.

Richard Petersen, head of Cushman & Wakefield’s alliance programme said; “Our alliance with Malling & Co further strengthens our leading pan-Nordic real estate platform and will result in enhanced service provision to an enlarged client base.”
