Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Three Sales Totaling Over $177 Million

Cushman & Wakefield's Apartment Brokerage Services team of Byron Moger, Senior Director,
and Luis Elorza, Director, recently negotiated the following sales in southwest Florida:
Echelon at Bay Isle Key - a 567,934 square foot, 582-unit apartment community located at 11850 9th Street North in St. Petersburg, Florida. Cushman & Wakefield represented TIAA-CREF and Echelon Communities, LLC as the seller. The property was sold to McRae & Stolz, a condominium converter, based in Atlanta, GA for $96,000,000.
Savannah at Citrus Park- a 252,696 square foot, 264-unit apartment community located at 6201 Gunn Highway in Tampa, Florida. Cushman and Wakefield represented B & M Management as the seller. The property was sold to Berkshire Property Advisors, an income buyer, based in Boston, MA for $27,720,000.
Turnbury Park - a 298,658 square foot, 286-unit apartment community located at 6104 Turnbury Park Drive in Sarasota, Florida. Cushman & Wakefield represented Eagle Realty Group as the seller. The property was sold to Belle Rive, a condominium converter, based in Coconut Grove, FL for $53,768,000.
