Cushman & Wakefield, has appointed international investment specialist Yahya Abdulla in
its EMEA
capital markets team in
London. Yahya joins from Al Salam Bank in Bahrain where he was an Assistant Vice
President in the investments team.
Yahya will focus primarily on direct and indirect
investment opportunities for
Middle Eastern investors in European real estate and other global regions.
Whilst at Al Salam Bank, Yahya was involved in closing international investments worth circa
$400 million including the acquisition of Milton Gate in the City of London from UBS Triton
Fund when Al Salam partnered with Evans Randall.
