  • National Ms Society, Long Island Chapter To Relocate To 40 Marcus Avenue In Melville

    The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Long Island Chapter (NMSSLI) has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 6,426 square feet of office space at 40 Marcus Avenue in Melville, announced commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

    The non-profit organization will relocate from 200 Parkway Drive South in Hauppauge to the first floor of 40 Marcus Avenue, a 50,000 square foot property owned by Rimco, LLC.

    David Leviton, senior director and Robert M. Kuppersmith, associate of Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island represented NMSSLI in the transaction negotiations.

    "The National MS Society, Long Island Chapter required additional space and needed a location that could accommodate their growth," said Mr. Leviton. "The space at 40 Marcus Avenue is ideal because of its central location plus the opportunity for expansion."
