Humana Relocates Arizona Regional Headquarters To Desert Ridge Corporate Center

Humana Health Care has signed a lease, relocating its Arizona regional headquarters to Desert Ridge Corporate Center I, located at 20860 N. Tatum Boulevard.
The company leased approximately 41,750 square feet at The Ryan Company’s Desert Ridge Corporate Center. The company was formerly located at 2710 E. Camelback Rd. The new location provided the company with opportunity to expand as its business grows in metro Phoenix and throughout the state.
“This location has great access and is well located near the intersection of State Route 51 and the Loop 101,” says Larry Downey, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc., who negotiated the transaction on behalf of Humana. “The building location offers great identity for Humana and is surrounded by amenities important to employees, such as the Desert Ridge mall and Marriott Desert Ridge Resort.”
