Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate
services firm, is pleased to announce that Eric L. Olofson II has been promoted to Vice
Chairman. He was previously an Executive Vice President, and is based in the firm’s West
Los Angeles office.
In addition to representing his own portfolio of clients, Mr. Olofson manages the West Los
Angeles branch of the firm, is a member of the management team for Southern California and sits
on the firm’s Global Advisory Board.

firm’s strategic development and outstanding performance both in the Western region and

Mr. Olofson has been active in many Cushman & Wakefield
initiatives, including Co-Chairman of the Broker Advisory Committee and member of the
Americas Management Committee. In addition to his real estate activities, Eric is a
member of the State Bar of California, Chairman of the UCLA Fund, Director
of the UCLA Foundation, Director of the Boy Scouts of America Los Angeles
Council, past Chairman of the UCLA Chancellor’s Associates and
past member of the Loyola Law School Board of Governors.
