at 14265 Danielson St., Poway (92064), has sold for $1,857,000, according to James Duncan and
Mickey Morera of Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego office. This is the second building
in the office park to sell in the last six months.
In the transaction, the buyer, Samuel Flores, Jr., was represented by Scott Cummings of
Independence Realty. The seller, Jian Investments LLC, was represented by James Duncan
and Mickey Morera of Cushman & Wakefield. The buyer plans to use the building for a
staffing company.
Built in 2002, 14265 Danielson St., one of 13 buildings at Scripps Poway Office Park, offers
four private offices and a parking ratio of four spaces per 1,000 square feet.
