17 Feb, 2012, New York
Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately held commercial real estate services
firm, today announced the appointment of Michael J. Bartolotta as the firm's Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bartolotta was previously the Chief Financial
Officer of EXOR, Inc., the U.S. operation of Cushman & Wakefield's majority shareholder. He
will be based in the firm's World Headquarters in New York.
Mr. Bartolotta served as Chief Financial Officer of EXOR, Inc. since its beginning in 2004, and
was instrumental in the company's acquisition of a majority stake in Cushman & Wakefield in
2007. He has worked for the Agnelli Family's companies since 1991. Mike replaces Robert Rozek,
who will join a non-real estate services firm.
"Mike has served on our Board of Directors since 2007, and is intimately familiar with our
organization, structure and priorities," said Glenn Rufrano, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Cushman & Wakefield. "Mike's appointment signals EXOR's continued
confidence in and commitment to Cushman & Wakefield's aggressive growth plan, and Mike will
be instrumental in our success as he joins us in this new role."
Prior to joining the Agnelli Family's companies, from 1986 to 1991, Mr. Bartolotta was Vice
President of Finance and CFO of Great American Recreation Inc. and related companies, a group
of multi-divisional public and private corporations engaged in the hotel, leisure and real
estate development markets. From 1983 to 1986, he was Assistant Corporate Controller of General
Instrument Corporation, where he was responsible for all corporate accounting functions. He
began his career with Price Waterhouse in New York, where he was an auditor from 1978 to
1983.
Mr. Bartolotta received his bachelor's degree from New York University and is a Certified
Public Accountant in New York.
