Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated an 8,654 square foot lease renewal and expansion for Booz Allen Hamilton at Two Urban Centre located in Tampa, Florida. Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy and technology consulting firm, is a private company with corporate headquarters in McLean, Virginia. The landlord is Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of America.

Two Urban Centre is a nine-story, class A, 268,085 square foot office building located at 4890 West Kennedy Boulevard in Tampa, Florida.
