  • West Phoenix Industrial Building Puchased By Versatile Ventures

    The industrial building located at 3232 W. Virginia Ave. has been sold to Phoenix-based Versatile Ventures, LLC for $950,000.

    The 28,000-square-foot building was formerly owned by Phoenix-based AMEC Earth & Environmental. Versatile Ventures, which is a combination of family-owned manufacturing and specialty companies, has leased the building for the past year. AMEC Earth & Environmental relocated a year ago to Tempe Business Center at 1405 Auto Drive in Tempe.

    Rob Stephens & Jeff Stapley of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. negotiated the sale transaction.
