Cushman & Wakefield names Richard Middleton as new Occupier Services Head, Asia Pacific

Cushman & Wakefield announced today the appointment of Richard Middleton as the Executive Managing Director for Occupier Services, Asia Pacific. Richard assumes the role with immediate effect.

In this newly-created position, Richard will spearhead an integrated occupier-focused service offering that includes Tenant Representation, Project Management, Facilities Management, Strategic Account Management and Strategic Consulting business lines.

Richard holds an MA from Cambridge University, UK and is a consummate real estate professional with 19 years of experience. Richard has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1997 and was previously the Executive Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield in Greater China. In this role he oversaw the firm's five mainland China offices as well as the Hong Kong operations. Based in Beijing, Richard has successfully grown the firm's services, managed the real estate needs of a diverse range of clients and expanded Cushman & Wakefield's presence throughout Greater China.

Prior to this Richard was based in Hong Kong for nine years, where he set up the firm's advisory capability in Asia Pacific. He then proceeded to run the Client Solutions team in Asia Pacific.
