Cushman & Wakefield have added the services of a number of new colleagues in the past
few months. These new members of staff have been hired to strengthen different departments
including Capital Markets (business and offices), Office Agency and Valuation. These new
positions have since brought the number of staff at Cushman & Wakefield in Belgium to
89.
Yves Walravens (28), Capital Markets (business)
After leaving Cushman & Wakefield for a short period, Yves returns to the fold and his
roots. He joins the Capital Markets team and will therefore be advising investors and landlords
on transactions involving both town centre businesses and those located on the outskirts or in
commercial centres.
Alberto Di Majo (29), Capital Markets (offices)
At the beginning of September, Alberto made the journey from Milan to Brussels to strengthen
the offices sector of the Capital Markets department. With four years' experience in this area
gained at Cushman & Wakefield in Italy as negotiator and specialist in Asset Placing,
Alberto also has more than one diploma in Business & Marketing.
Michaël Despiegelaere (25) – Valuation Services
Michaël joined the Valuation department this summer under the supervision of Kris Petermans.
He is in charge of the valuation of the property assets of clients and of financial and related
advice. Michaël has a degree in Economic Sciences from the Free University of Brussels, and
worked previously as a consultant in the telecoms sector.
Guillaume Dewael (23) – Office Agency
Guillaume is part of the expansion of the Office Agency team. In the first few months, he
and Antoine Brusselmans worked side by side. Guillaume has a diploma from Vlekho and a diploma
in Business Sciences, as well as a degree in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurial
skills.
Annick Lintermans (24) – Office Agency
The Office Agency department has been strengthened by the arrival of Annick. She is a
graduate in Management Assistance and Hotel Management. Previously, Annick worked in the
personnel department of the Erasmus-school in Brussels.
Jennifer Hendrickx (24), Capital Markets (business)
Jennifer is part of Capital Markets, and provides sales support within this department. She
has a degree in translation, specialising in language for business. She worked previously as
sales manager at Quick.
