Cushman & Wakefield has secured two new development experts to join its growing national
development consultancy team. Peter Disley has been appointed as a partner from Drivas Jonas
and Virginia Blackman will join as an associate partner from DTZ.
Peter Disley and Virginia Blackman are joining Cushman & Wakefield’s successful 18
strong national development consultancy team headed by partner, Alistair Parker. The
Cushman & Wakefield team has advised on some of the UK’s most significant regeneration
schemes including; Liverpool One, Preston Tithebarn, Crawley’s Town Centre North and
Sheffield’s Sevenstone/New Retail Quarter and is currently handling around 2 million sq m of
new floorspace.
Peter most recently led the Town Centres team at Drivers Jonas’ Manchester office and has
over 10 years of development experience advising a diverse range of public and private sector
clients. His involvements in large-scale retail-led schemes include Preston Tithebarn,
Hull St Stephens and Altrincham Town Centre.
Virginia joins Cushman & Wakefield from the Donaldsons’ (now DTZ) compulsory
purchase team where she has been responsible for the large scale CPOs on Portsmouth’s Northern
Quarter and Chester’s Forum. She is also a member of the RICS Valuation Faculty Board.
