  • Cushman & Wakefield launches www.cwoffice.pl, its new website dedicated to office space

    3 Aug, 2009, Poland

Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate consultant, has set up www.cwoffice.pl, a website dedicated to office space issues in Poland.
The information placed on the website is intended for corporate clients looking for large office space as well as tenants interested in smaller offices.

The search engine for office buildings gives the website’s users access to information on hundreds of class A office buildings in the largest Polish cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Poznan, Lodz, Wroclaw and Tricity. Warsaw’s office buildings are presented according to their location in individual districts and include 160 schemes.

“The website is to assist clients looking for office space. It will be useful for companies entering the market or wanting to move their current offices,” explains Anna Kaźmierska, Marketing Specialist, Cushman & Wakefield : “The professional search engine for office buildings is also to help tenants interested in leasing smaller space and those looking for offices for a period which is shorter than the standard 60-month lease.”

The real estate profiles include basic data on buildings, starting lease terms, information on service charges and fit-out standards. Users gain access to maps showing the location of a real estate, photo galleries and the typical floor plan of a given building. The information on office buildings can be saved as pdf files.

This new website is not only a search engine for office space, but it is also a database containing information on the real estate market. The website www.cwoffice.pl features reports and analyses prepared by Cushman & Wakefield and statistics on the real estate market in Poland and the world.

The website is available in two languages: Polish and English.

Richard Aboo, Partner, Head of Office, Cushman & Wakefield, says: “Standardisation, transparency and speed are the key words which are the main reasons we are launching our web portal www.cwoffice.pl. The portal aims at providing clients a much broader outlook on the whole Polish office market that is standardised, easy to read and accessible in a matter of minutes.”
