  • First large deal was closed in “Aerodom” Business Center

    21 Mar, 2012, Moscow

The developer of the project “Promsvyznedvijimost” has signed the first large office sale deal in the Business Center “Aerodom” in March 2012. The undisclosed buyer has purchased office premises on one level of the building (more than 2000 sq.m.) and parking lots in underground parking. Cushman & Wakefield advised on the deal.

“Aerodom” Business Center is a new 13-floor A class building, situated in the closed proximity of Dinamo and Aeroport metro stations. Total area of the project is 36 000 sq.m. Underground parking consists of 296 lots. The developer of the project – “Promsvaznedvijimost”. Delivery is scheduled for December 2012.

Sales of offices with an area from 160 sq.m. began at the beginning of 2012. Mikhail Mindlin, Associate, Office Sales at Cushman & Wakefield, highlights the record short time between the building launch on the market and the first deal. “This proves there is high demand for the building from potential buyers. We see active demand in the market for new buildings that are offered on a sale basis. Aerodom provides future office owners with a very good supply, meeting the high standards of A class buildings – technical equipment, floor layout, transport accessibility. Such characteristics allow us to be positive on future demand from large and midsize companies, considering purchasing for their own use”
