
Frank P. Liantonio has been named head of U.S. Capital Transaction Services, a division of the
firm’s Capital Markets Group, at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., one of the world’s leading
providers of real estate services. His new responsibilities include overseeing the firm’s
Investment Sales, Investment Banking and Debt Financing services.
“Frank Liantonio is a leader with a tremendous amount of real estate experience, and his

During his long and successful career with the firm, which began in 1981, Mr. Liantonio has
served as co-head of the firm’s Valuation Services practice, the largest appraiser of
commercial property in the world. He has also headed up the firm’s Strategic Advisory Services
practice. He was most recently dedicated to directing corporate-wide programs aimed at
increasing the firm’s profitability.
An executive vice president with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Liantonio is a member of the
Board of Directors and a shareholder of the firm. He received his bachelor’s degree in
Economics from Marist College, and his professional designations include the MAI (Member of the
Appraisal Institute), the CRE (Member of the Counselors of Real Estate) and FRICS (Fellow of
the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).
